BLACK GOLD RIVER TOUR BOOKING TERMS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully
  1. Submit the reservation form to request the date and time you prefer. We will contact you to confirm your tour.
  2. Bookings can be made up to the date of departure with some of the tours, depending on space availability. For best selection, bookings should be made at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.
  3. We will also require a completed and signed travel waiver for each participant. Please print a copy of the travel waiver and have each member sign and bring the travel wavier for submission on departure day. If you do not have a printer we will provide you a copy to sign before departure of your trip.
  4. Weather conditions can vary in any season, so all participants should be prepared for the weather. Checking the weather forecast can assist you with choosing the appropriate clothing while you are travelling on your tour. Layering of clothing is always recommended throughout the year and a good quality jacket is recommended on tours during the early spring and late fall.
  5. We recommend the following equipment: camera, hat, sun block, sunglasses, warm sweater, roll up pants or shorts, and comfortable walking shoes. If swimming is desired please bring swimwear, water shoes and towel.
  6. We require a deposit of 50% of the total tour price to hold your reservation once the date and time has been confirmed. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card or cash.
  7. The balance of your payment is due 7 days prior to departure date or full payment is due at time of booking if less than 7 days.
  8. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation charges will be based on the date that the cancellation was made. If more than 30 days notice, the deposit is refunded less $50 administration fee. If less than 7 days notice, deposit will not be refunded. Please note that when possible, attempts can be made to change your reservation and transfer your trip to an alternate date within the season or to the following season if you desire.
  9. Should Black Gold River Tours need to cancel a trip for any reason; a full refund of money paid by you will be provided. This will be considered by you to be a full settlement.
  10. Alterations to the tours and changes to the listed Canadian dollar prices can change without notice. G.S.T. will be added to all prices.
  11. Tours are based on a maximum 6 guests per boat.
